We want you to love your one-off original. If it is not right, eligible items can be returned within 14 days
of delivery. No restocking fees. Refunds go back to the original payment card.

How to start a return
Start your return using our form and include your order number and the SKU so we can process it
quickly.

Condition of returned items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging, folded and protected as
received. Once your return arrives, we will confirm by email and aim to process refunds within 7 days.
Your bank may take up to 30 days to post the credit.

Return shipping
We will confirm the return method when you start your return. Please keep your drop-off receipt and
tracking until your refund is complete.

What is not returnable

• Discounted items, special collections, and promotions are final sale and are not eligible for
  return.
• Gift cards are final sale.
• Earrings are final sale for hygiene and safety. No exchanges, credit notes, or refunds for these
  items.

Size and fit
Each piece is one size. Fit can vary by style. If you are unsure, contact us before you order and we will
guide you. If your item does not fit, start a return within 14 days and we will help you through it.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, start a return right away. All returns marked as damaged are inspected
when received. Fair wear and tear from normal use is not considered damage. Refunds for approved
claims are issued to the original card and may take up to 30 days to appear depending on your bank.

Non-refundable costs
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are not refundable.

A note on one-off originals
Every piece is unique and there is only one available. We cannot offer exchanges for the same item. If
you return an eligible item, we will refund it and you can choose another piece that fits your style.
