What we offer
Gift wrap
Eligible items can be wrapped in our clean, minimal style that protects the piece and looks refined on arrival. Right sized, modern, and easy to recycle.
Personalised message
Add a short note at checkout. We print it on a simple card and include it inside the parcel. If you prefer to handwrite your message, ask for a blank card.
How to add it at checkout
1. Check This is a gift in your cart.
2. Choose Add gift message and write your note.
3. If Gift wrap is offered for the item, select it before you place the order.
If gift wrap is not shown for a product or destination, that item is not eligible.
Timing
Gift wrapped orders may need extra processing time before dispatch. If you have a firm date, select
Express at checkout and order early. You will receive a tracking email when your parcel ships.
What the recipient sees
We do not include prices on the printed gift note. Order confirmation emails go only to the purchaser. For cross border shipments, customs paperwork may show item value where required by law.
Returns for gifts
Our Free Returns still apply to eligible items. Gift wrap fees, if any, are non refundable. Since each piece is unique, we cannot exchange for the same item once it has sold.
Sustainability
We keep packaging minimal and right sized to reduce waste and protect your piece. Materials are
chosen to be easy to recycle. No glitter, no confetti.
Limitations
- Some products, sizes, or destinations are not eligible for gift wrap.
- Certain materials or pre boxed items may ship in their original packaging.
- We cannot split one order into multiple gift messages. Please place separate orders if you need different messages or destinations.
