We ship from Canada with trusted carriers. Orders over C$150 ship free within Canada.

Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Processing times
We prepare orders quickly. During promotions and the winter holiday season, processing can take up to
one week. Please allow extra time in those periods.

Delivery timing and options
Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. For time-sensitive gifts or firm dates, choose
Express at checkout. To receive by December 25 in British Columbia or in the United States, select
Express. Carrier delays can occur and are outside our control.

Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our studio. Check
your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.

Address accuracy and changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need a change after ordering, contact us
right away. Once an order is packed or handed to the carrier, changes are not guaranteed. See our Order
Cancellation page for details.

Duties, taxes, and import fees
Orders shipping outside Canada may be assessed duties or taxes by customs. These charges are set by
the destination country and are not collected by us. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are not refundable.

Packaging
We use right-sized, minimal packaging to protect your item without excess. When possible, we combine
items in one parcel to reduce materials.

If something goes wrong in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us promptly so we can help. We are not
responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs backlogs.
